Ruth A. Carter entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 16, 2019.
She is survived by her husband, Clarene W Carter, daughter Kendra R Carter, 4 grandchildren Kianna, Maceo, Kaya and Kayla, 8 great grand children Jon’te, Jaden, Jacori, Ahrielle, Trinity, Ilahn, Mariam and Laila, sister Dorothy and Jessie Alfreda,two brother Douglas and Edwin and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Charlotte Harrison, daughter Kievette R Carter and brother Alwin Harrison.
